Service Scope and Applicability
ZVVPN provides access to international routes, network path optimization, subscription configuration delivery, and related account features. Route coverage, available regions, and connection methods may change due to network conditions, maintenance, platform capabilities, or third-party service status. The information shown in the user panel at the time of use governs actual availability.
The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Each operating system handles network permissions, background operation, and connection protocols differently. Users should follow the instructions for their platform to install, authorize, and configure the service. Clients and subscriptions should be obtained through the user panel rather than from unknown configuration or installation sources.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription links, and import details, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, a subscription is being used unusually, or login is unavailable, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant details.
Each account supports use on an unlimited number of the account holder's own devices. However, accounts, subscription links, and configurations may not be publicly posted, resold, rented, given away, or shared with unrelated third parties. Subscriptions are for the account holder's use under the selected plan. Users may not split route capacity for others or distribute it commercially through resale, top-ups for others, or any other unauthorized method.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Plan details, remaining traffic, and active status are based on the records in the user panel. Payment is supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Users should confirm the plan details and amount due before completing payment.
Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for determining whether their accessed content, network activity, and business activities are lawful. The service may not be used to infringe others' legal rights, access systems without authorization, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks, disrupt public network operations, or evade access controls established under applicable law.
Users may not continuously consume abnormal network resources, send bulk disruptive messages, probe or attack servers, or use automated behavior that could affect other users' normal connections. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for any resulting complaints, losses, disputes, or legal liability.
Availability and Liability
ZVVPN may adjust nodes, routes, protocols, or client configurations based on route quality, maintenance needs, and network conditions. Maintenance, carrier failures, device settings, system updates, restrictions on the network being used, and changes to third-party platform rules may cause interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary inaccessibility to parts of the service. ZVVPN does not promise continuous availability for any particular route, region, application, or third-party website.
Users should save important materials themselves before critical operations and select an appropriate route for the situation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZVVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by incorrect device configuration, mishandled credentials, changes to third-party services, uncontrollable network events, or use that violates these terms.
Suspension and Termination
If an account is resold or shared, a subscription is publicly distributed, the service is used unlawfully, network resources are consumed maliciously, service facilities are attacked, other users' connections are disrupted, or these terms are otherwise seriously violated, ZVVPN may restrict relevant connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide necessary information related to a fault or account ownership through a panel ticket.
Users may stop using the service at any time. After a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted, or an account is terminated, the related route permissions end according to the plan status. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for details.
Changes and Continued Use
ZVVPN may update these terms to reflect changes in service content, legal requirements, network operating rules, or security management needs. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes affecting users' rights or obligations may also be described in a visible notice in the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content. If the user disagrees with a change, the service should be discontinued, and the account and remaining service should be handled within the limits allowed by the subscription status. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
